1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of GLOW AI™ and your purchase of the Personal Glow Plan™. By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
GLOW AI is operated by Telinno Consulting (UK) Limited, company number 13324690, of 27 Old Gloucester St, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.
2. The service
GLOW AI provides a private, AI-powered beauty and wellness experience. A Glow Check analyses a submitted photo for visible appearance characteristics and generates a GLOW Score™, six dimension scores, an archetype and related beauty and wellness guidance.
The Personal Glow Plan™ is a one-time purchase of US$9.99. It is not a subscription.
3. What is included
- Complete Glow Analysis across six visible appearance dimensions;
- personalised Top 3 priorities and guidance;
- Morning and Evening Glow Rituals;
- 7-Day Glow Reset;
- 30-Day Glow Journey and tracker;
- Personal Glow Plan™ report and PDF delivery;
- one included Day-30 Glow Re-Check; and
- a Glow Progress comparison between Day 0 and Day 30.
4. AI and beauty/wellness limitations
GLOW AI is not a medical diagnostic tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Its observations are based on visible appearance and can be affected by lighting, camera quality, angle, expression and other image conditions.
Scores and recommendations are not guarantees of a particular appearance or outcome. You should use your own judgement when deciding whether a skincare, lifestyle or wellness suggestion is appropriate for you and follow product labels and professional advice where relevant.
5. Your photo
You confirm that you have the right to submit the photo you provide and that you are not intentionally submitting another person’s image without appropriate permission.
The photo is processed to provide the requested Glow Check. GLOW AI does not create a persistent facial profile from your selfie. See our Privacy Policy for details of how information is handled.
6. Purchase and payment
The Personal Glow Plan™ costs US$9.99 as a one-time payment. Payment is processed by our payment provider. You are responsible for providing accurate information needed to complete your order and receive your report.
7. Digital content, immediate supply and cancellation
The Personal Glow Plan™ includes digital content that can be supplied immediately after payment. Before immediate supply begins, you will be asked to confirm that you want the digital content supplied immediately and acknowledge the applicable effect on your statutory cancellation right.
Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded or limited by these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Delivery
Your report is normally made available after successful payment and processing. Where email delivery is used, the report and/or access information will be sent to the email address you provide.
9. Glow Journey and Day-30 re-check
Your purchase includes one Day-30 re-check. Your Journey ID is used to reconnect you with the saved assessment results needed for comparison. The original selfie is not required to retrieve your saved score.
The Day-30 comparison is a comparison of two visual assessments. A score change does not establish that any particular action caused the change.
10. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, submit unlawful material or use the service to assess another person without appropriate permission.
11. Intellectual property
GLOW AI, its software, branding, report templates, text, design and underlying systems are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Your purchased report is provided for your personal use. You must not resell, reproduce or commercially redistribute the service or its underlying materials without permission.
12. Availability and changes
We may make reasonable changes to improve, secure or maintain the service. We will not use this clause to remove rights that apply to you under consumer or data protection law.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Subject to those limits, GLOW AI is not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for decisions you make based solely on beauty or wellness content.

15. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
