1. Who we are

GLOW AI™ is a beauty and wellness service operated by Telinno Consulting (UK) Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). Telinno Consulting (UK) Limited is the data controller for personal data processed through GLOW AI.

Company number: 13324690
Address: 27 Old Gloucester St, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom

2. What GLOW AI collects

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

3. How your photo is used

Your photo is submitted to GLOW AI’s analysis service so the system can assess visible appearance characteristics across Radiance, Hydration Appearance, Evenness, Texture, Under-Eye Appearance and Overall Vitality.

GLOW AI does not use your selfie to create a persistent facial profile, facial recognition profile or account-level facial history. The GLOW AI application database stores the resulting assessment data rather than the submitted image.

Store the journey, not the face.

Your photo is transmitted to the AI processing infrastructure used to provide the analysis. The GLOW AI application does not intentionally retain the submitted selfie as part of your saved Glow Journey. However, external processing providers may have their own limited technical retention, logging or backup practices. We do not claim that an image is deleted immediately from every provider system unless that behaviour has been verified.

4. What the analysis does not do

GLOW AI is designed for beauty and wellness insights based on visible appearance. It is not a medical diagnostic service. It does not intentionally assess or infer diseases, hormone levels, nutritional deficiencies, biological age, mental state or other sensitive characteristics from your photo.

5. Automated analysis

GLOW AI uses automated AI processing to generate your visible appearance assessment and personalised content. The resulting score and recommendations are for beauty and wellness purposes and do not determine your eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, healthcare or other legal or similarly significant opportunities.

6. Why we use your information

We use personal information to provide the Glow Check, generate and deliver requested reports, provide a paid Glow Journey and Day-30 re-check, process payments, maintain journey continuity, prevent misuse and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

Our processing will rely on the applicable UK GDPR lawful basis for the particular purpose, including taking steps at your request to provide the service, performing a contract where you purchase the Personal Glow Plan™, complying with legal obligations, and legitimate interests where appropriate for security, fraud prevention and service administration. Where consent is used, we will identify it and explain how it can be withdrawn.

7. Who receives your information

We may use service providers that help operate GLOW AI, including hosting/database infrastructure, AI processing, payment processing and email delivery providers. They receive information only as necessary for the services they provide and under applicable contractual and legal arrangements.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where applicable, we use the transfer mechanism and safeguards required by UK data protection law.

8. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, legal and accounting requirements, security, dispute handling and the operation of your Glow Journey.

Your Glow Journey results and related purchase/journey records may be retained so that your Journey ID, report delivery and included Day-30 re-check can function. The submitted selfie is not intentionally stored in the GLOW AI application database after analysis.

Where an external provider processes the selfie, its retention is governed by the applicable provider configuration and contractual terms. We will review and update this policy if those arrangements change materially.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and rights relating to automated decision-making. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent.

To exercise a right, contact glowai@telinnoconsulting.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how your personal data is handled, please contact us first at glowai@telinnoconsulting.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Cookies and similar technologies

GLOW AI may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to operate the website and remember journey state. If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies that require consent, we will provide the appropriate information and controls.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, processing activities or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
